7:00 a.m. sugar-free Carnation breakfast drink with skim lactose-free milk and added dry milk powder (19 g protein)

8:30 a.m. Dannon Low Carb yogurt cup (8 g protein)

9:30 a.m. 1 glass low carb OJ

11:00 a.m. one frozen dinner (Kashi, Lean Cuisine or South Beach Diet)

drank two 100% juice boxes throughout the afternoon

6:00 p.m. 1 cup stew with beef and veggies

7:00 p.m. walk in the mall

7:30 p.m. Starbucks: tall iced sugar-free vanilla latte with skim, decaf

I have lost 86 pounds in a little under six months.

Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.

My routine is pretty close to the same every day +/-

1 c decaf coffee
1 sf instant breakfast with 2 c skim milk
1 pkt sf instant oatmeal
homemade gelatin & cottage cheese salad (protein rich, tastes like dessert)
South Beach Savory Pork dinner

About 900 calories, 86 g protein

and liquids of course!

1 hour walk/jog
