Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

I will be doing the eliptical and then the treadmill. 40 or 45 minutes total.

Does the treadmill ever bother your knees? I would love to do it but every time, after a couple of times it makes my knees "catch".
What do you do on the elliptical? What increments did you move up at?
Thanks.

Kat and Lazell I have only recently started working out on the eliptical and treadmill. I have been walking out side sine my sugery in April. I slowly increased my distance and got up to 4 miles. However mother nature has moved me indoors. WE have snow and very cold wind here now. So for now I have been doing 30 minutes on the eliptical and then I go onto the treadmill for the last 15 minutes of my work out just to kidna cool down and etc...So far my knees are ok. No problem. BUt then again I am not running or doing alot on the treadmill. For the treadmill I go at 4.0 and a slight incline. With eliptical I really do like it. I do have to be watching the TV though. I work out at the YMCA. If I dont have the earphones in watching TV or have the music in my ears I am bored to death. I have been greatly surprised that the 30 minutes does go by pretty fast.

Thanks ANM. L- I have been told that elliptical is "easy" on the joints.

its definitely easy on the joints but hard on everything else. my butt muscles used to be sore all the time i guess thats good? lol. i bought one thinking low impact was god etc, but i got bored with it quick. i now know that i am one of those people that needs variety. im STILL thinking about joining the gym at work...thinking...lol! gosh im a lazy bum...ugh!
