 |  New helmet I love riding my bike. Even at 308lbs I rode my bike to work which is about a 9km (one way) ride. I always hated my helmet, so my husband bought me a new one for Christmas. I love it. It is so me. Thought I would share. I know that I will ride my bike even more just to show of my great helmet.  PS, as soon as my husband pulled out the camera, both of the dogs came running to get their picture taken. They think that they are human.

Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | I like your helmet. It looks cute on you. I can tell that you lost weight and you really look awesome. The dogs are cuties, I am a animal lover. My dog would run himself to death for me. That is the comment my husband made to me a year ago becasue my dog goes where ever I go and does not matter how far it is. But he will not follow anyone else but me. When we drive the cattle in the spring to the pasture, my dog keeps all the cattle far enough away from me, he will not let them get close to me. We drive our cattle to the pastures with two four wheelers. I know he has not to many years left, becasue he is pretty old and is almost deaf. Good job lossing the weight and keep up the good work.
