Default planning for exercise

Hi, I am 2 weeks post op and have started to check out available exercise programs in my area. I imagine my surgeron will clear me to exercise soon. The only thing I have found is Curves. Has anyone exercised with them?. My first choice would be to get a treadmill, but my house is too small. Any suggestions? thanks Laurie

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

I know a lot of people who swear by Curves and they look great also.It might be what you need to get started. You might really like it. You can probably get a free week. It is worth trying.I'm really bad at exercise. if you can start jump in quick. Good Luck.

I wasn't thrilled with Curves either, I couldn't get real personal attention specific to me. And it was too repetitive. I like the gym. I can do cardio on the bike, the treadmill, the eliptical. I can do a class, I can do weight training. One thing I recommend is core training. It will really help you with your balance and stability.
