Hi, I am 2 weeks post op and have started to check out available exercise programs in my area. I imagine my surgeron will clear me to exercise soon. The only thing I have found is Curves. Has anyone exercised with them?. My first choice would be to get a treadmill, but my house is too small. Any suggestions? thanks Laurie

I know a lot of people who swear by Curves and they look great also.It might be what you need to get started. You might really like it. You can probably get a free week. It is worth trying.I'm really bad at exercise. if you can start jump in quick. Good Luck.

I wasn't thrilled with Curves either, I couldn't get real personal attention specific to me. And it was too repetitive. I like the gym. I can do cardio on the bike, the treadmill, the eliptical. I can do a class, I can do weight training. One thing I recommend is core training. It will really help you with your balance and stability. Jaime
