Default Guess What I Did Today

Last Week My Daughter And I Joined The Gym And I Told Her That Starting This Past Monday We Would Start Going To Work Out And She Was Disappointed Because Both Monday And Tuesday I Had Other Things To Do So Today Was My First Official Day At The Gym And I Feel Great Like I Could Of Did More The Trainer Suggested Weights Three Times A Week And Cardio The Other But Start Slow And Work Up To It I Think I Can Handle It With Out A Problem It Was Fun And My Daughter Is Such A Show Off She Was Running On The Treadmill She Did Great And Can't Wait To Go Tomorrow

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

How exciting! I used to love the elliptical machines at the YMCA and the circuit machines for strengthening. I can't afford a membership anymore, so I got a 'group' gift of my own elliptical from my family, but it's just not the same. I'm sure there's is fabulous. Try it, but it takes time to build up a good amount of workout because it can really kick your ass!!

I joined the gym this year w/my husband! It has given me a wealth of pride and a sense of accomplishment! I can actually walk in there feeling like WOW, I can do something physical now! And I don't look bad in my gym clothes either.. hee hee.

Keep it up, don't get distracted, and be amazed at your accomplishments!
