5' 6" Height: |  Elastic Knee Brace? Knee brace. Anybody out there use these for /during exercise? I read the post about the knees just now and I belong to that club. I have been thinking about wearing a knee support device of some type to avoid strain and re-injury. Any thoughts or experience?

Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass  | I Was Fitted For One At My Doc's Office Its Kinds Of Stetchy And Also Has A Small Metal Plate In It Thats Shaped Like A U And Goes Anound The Knee Cap So The Cap Stays In Place. Anyway I Dont Use It As Much But When I Did At First It Was Real Strange. Just Somthing To Get Used To But Once You Do Its The Best Thing To Wear If Your Being Active. I See Lots Of People With The Regular Elastic Knee Brace That You Can Buy In A Store And They Wear It To The Gym
