Default Lovin' Snow Wadin'

Hey Gang,

We've just had about 3 feet of snow here and I've found if I can go out and walk in an area where my feet sink in about 6 inches, that it's at least as good as a jog, without the necessary upper body pull of a jog. So, you get the exercise without the upper body bounce. I find it's a lot more comfortable. If you happen to live where there's snow, I'd recommend it. I suppose soft sand works just as well.

Best,

Dave

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Dave I lived in Aomori prefecture for about 3.5 years. I thought we had a lot of snow. But my first trip to Hokaido proved me wrong. The Sapporo Snow Festival is simply AMAZING......

I am from Idaho so I think that I have had my fill of snow. I prefer sand walking. It is a lot more comfortable for me. We actually went sledding at the sand dunes one afternoon and it was a blast when we lived there.

Sand sledding!
That, some classmates and I did, when in med school, and a bunch of us went togther to a beach that is famous for it. Years later, both of my daughters went to the very same beach on school excursions, and sledded on the same dunes. Who would have thought?!
