Post Ftiday.com..it's free and helpful!

I have used Fitday.com for a lot of years now. It's free and I really like all the options it has for tracking weight, goals, journaling, foods, custom foods, exercise..Plus what I found over time was a certain ratio that worked for me when I was hard core in the losing phase and training for the FD physical test. (did make it, passed out!)

There is another site too that a lot use but I wanted to post this for the all the newbies. It REALLY helps in tracking food, water, exercise AND if you really want to you can make it public for all others to see and give suggestions to you on foods.

As I am getting back on track yet again *sighs*..now that I am going to go at it again after this last inujry flare up! I'm back to using the fitday site to track all my stuff!

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.
