Ok so here is my 10 cents... feel free to give back a nickle... I am no Breechick buff yet ( but who is).... However. for the inner thighs... I would suggest running (if you can) preferable up hill. Squats, and power squats, and squats with a front kick. doing all of those has made my butt "puffy" (as my boyfriend would say).
... and my thighs and calves look fantasic.
But try those... they worked for me....
