I ran across my Body for Life for Women book and began reading it again. A friend gave me an autographed copy. It focuses on mental health, watching what you put in your mouth, and exercise. Sounds about right to me. I was mostly looking for a formal strength training routine. The book has a 12 week challenge. I will see if its do-able.

25 min treadmill (20 min jogging/running)
