Default Monday May 2nd, what are you doing for exercise?

Happy Monday everyone! We are back to the rain in Washington today so I thought I would go through my ancient video tapes to see what I could exercise to indoors. I found that I had a couple of old P90 tapes so I started doing one of those. 10 minutes in after doing the warm-up and yoga I became frustrated because my knee pain kept me from doing the jumping jacks and lunges so I quit and went in search of something else.
This time I came up with something even older ... Richards Simmons Dancing to the Oldies! Anyway, I did the whole workout and now know I will never make it to "Exercise video stardom"! I had no problems with moving.... I just am not coordinated enough to move along with everyone else! My feet and hands were at war with each other through the entire thing. That is why I've never joined a dance aerobics class. I'm just too awkward!
That being said, I did get a good hour long workout in and sweated pretty good so I feel better for not giving up.

I ran across my Body for Life for Women book and began reading it again. A friend gave me an autographed copy. It focuses on mental health, watching what you put in your mouth, and exercise. Sounds about right to me. I was mostly looking for a formal strength training routine. The book has a 12 week challenge. I will see if its do-able.

Yesterday exercise: ( I could not decide what to do...)
10 min gazelle
10 min elliptical
10 min bike
25 min treadmill (20 min jogging/running)
