Good Morning! Today's exercise for me will come in the form of yard work. I need to take advantage of nice weather when we have it here in Washington. Last nights walk left my right foot in a lot of pain once again and even kept me awake all night. I am looking forward to next weeks support group as we are having a special speaker coming to talk about pain issues. It is frustrating to be hindered from what you want to do because of pain.
Those of you who've been posting to this thread.... keep up the good work, you inspire me!

Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.

Sorry to hear about your foot pain. I know what you mean, I have to be careful because my left knee acts up. I don't blame it, I have been exercising for the last 8 years. I owe it an apology for forcing it to carry my big butt. On the days you are in pain, it makes sense to switch to some other form of exercise.
