| Are you exercising today, Wednesday May 18th? Good morning everyone. Just starting the thread so others will keep posting. I'm truly inspired by each and everyone's workout routines. Today I probably won't get much of anything in as I've been up all night preparing for today's colonoscopy and I feel awful. I might try to do a little resistance band training.
