Morning! Just a quick post to start today's thread and then I'm off to the cardiologist and iron infusion. I'm not sure what exactly I'll get in today for a workout but I will post later. Have a great day! Hugs

I just got home from my 4 mile walk/jog along the river and I'm pooped. I agree with you Dixie that it feels good to get er done! The last couple of times on the sandy part of the dyke I've added walking backwards to my routine. You use a whole different set of muscles doing it. The outdoors is my gym for the time being and I'm loving it!. Come to think of it.... I don't think I would know what to do in a gym!

Hey Judi I am starting to feel better... I think next will be steps at work It's so hard to even go up one flight now I use the elevator I think I will try them tomorrow I just get embarrased because i become so winded just from 1 flight of stairs
