| What will you do today for exercise this Thursday May 26th? Good afternoon! Today I did 15 minutes on the total gym working my arms then 10 minutes on the ab roller. Then I walked/jogged 3.4 miles. I'm so excited that I made two 14 minute miles! This is huge for me! I started with 20 minute miles then worked to 17 minute miles. Today is a record for me! |

I have walked 3 miles everyday for the last three days,was gonna walk more today but it started raining  I usually do yoga and exercise videos but need to change by routine dvds are getting old lol

I have Yoga: Just My Size With Megan Garcia and One-Minute Workouts <--- Those are for obese people  and I also have a dancing with the stars one teaches you to salsa and stuff, cant do that video yet  and I have a one by Suzanne Somers... I like all of these I just can't do the DWTS one yet but I watch it and wish I could |

I have not posted in a bit, but I am exercising six days a week as usual. I do a minimum of 30 minutes each day. On the weekends I do about an hour. I feel good and could do more, but I know my body will get used to whatever I do. I want to be able to shock it every once in a while with more exercise. I did order a dvd for my gazelle, but have not used it yet. Although I have not really increased my duration. I have increased my intensity. I jog/run on my treadmill every other day. I have increased my speed from 2.8 to 3.1 for 20 minutes. I love that I can run(jog?). It makes me feel like I am really doing something. I had been slacking with my resistance, but got back to speed the last 2 days.
today:
10 weights
10 walking with weights
20 jogging/running
BTW: the scale has rewarded me with a 2lb gain for all this effort. Figures...
