Default TGIF! What's your workout today May 27th?

Good Morning! I'm not sure what I will do for exercise today as I am paying for yesterday. My right foot is hurting pretty badly so I will need to do some stuff that doesn't require being on it too much. Any suggestions? I did strength training yesterday so I don't want to do it 2 days in a row. I'm thinking it might be time for a cortisone shot in the joint to help calm things down. I wish I had a stationary bike!

Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.

I'm coming in to report that I have not exercise all week and I'm ashamed of myself, I worked so hard training for that 5k I walked last week and had decided I was going to give myself a day or two to rest then get back with it, well that didn't happen. We are helping my son and DIL move this weekend, I suspect I'll get some exercise in with that then on Monday I'm back to working on some more 5k training, hopefully I will improve my time for the next one!!

Nell, thanks for your honesty about slacking for more days than you intended. We all have the best of intentions and you did deserve a break after all your hard training for the 5k. It's when taking a day or two off becomes 5 or 6 that it becomes a problem for most people. I will be the first to raise my hand to testify to that! For me the worst that happens is that I let the guilt take over then give up altogether. This has been a pattern in my past and why I want to stay accountable to my RR friends. We are here to encourage one another no matter the obstacle. You are an amazing woman and should be proud of what you accomplished last weekend! Now it's time to get back to training the athlete I know your becoming! Now I just need to get off my own butt and get something in for today!
