It's Saturday! How are you working out today, May 28th
Well I just blew it! I was doing resistance band lunges and have done something to my left knee. I'm icing it right now and hope I can still walk today. It's h*** getting old!

Sorry to hear that you injured yourself today. Hope you get better soon. Today, I went on a 32 miles bike ride. This is the fatherest I have ever gone, beating last weeks ride by 6 miles.

Nancy, 32 miles??!!! WOW that is awesome! My husband did a 45 mile ride last weekend for JDRF and it about killed him as he hadn't done any conditioning. I admire your strength. After icing my knee I tried to use the treadmill and got about a 1/4 mile and had to stop. I didn't want to chance walking outside and then not be able to make it home. Now I'm definitely glad I didn't. I'm not sure how long this will put a hold on that part of my exercise routine and I hope it's just a strain.

Hello all Well I did the most working out today I have done it years!!!! The people who lived in my apt before me planted ivy in their flower bed space so they didn't have to do much I hated it.. So today me and my sis pulled all the ivy up!! It was hard work but we did it! and I got 1/2 of my new flower bed put in! Will finish next weekend when I get more money
