Today I'm still babying the knee so I did a 1/2 hour resistance band training and 10 minutes on the ab roller. I feel better having gotten something in today & I sure felt the burn in the abs! Hugs

Same here Dixie,miserable outside!!!O.K so I just finished my 45 minute workout with the wii fit plus.I started out with the yoga deep breathing did that twice,half moon 2x,warrior,sun salutation,downward facing dog,the triangle,spine extention and gate.Then I did strength training.torso twists 2x,40 jackknives,10 lunges per leg,tricep extentions,plank and sideways leg lift 20 per leg!!!
Way to go everyone!! I don't have any exercise to report today but tomorrow I will, DH and I joined a gym and we start tomorrow. It's just getting to hot here and my husband has missed going to a gym so we signed up at the little one down the road from us. I'm excited but also kinda nervous for some reason.
