June 14th, How are you exercising today? Hi everybody! I haven't posted for a few days because I got off track becoming too busy with other things besides my health. Well today I am back on track and it feels good! After warming up I did 30 minutes of resistance bands then walked 3.5 miles in an hour. I have decided to do this routine every other day and do my 4 mile walk and ab workout on the other days with one day of rest. On days when the weather messes me up or I just want to switch things up I've got back up plans to do something else such as my wii fit, bike riding, Leslie Sansone's walk at home, yard work etc. Have a great day and I 'd love to hear what you're doing! |
