June 20th, How are you exercising today? Hi everybody. Yesterday was spent taking my DH to an air show with my daughter and her boyfriend. We had a wonderful time. Today I figured I better get back to working out so this is what I did. 30 minutes of resistance band training and then a 3.5 mile walk/jog. The first part of my walk wasn't very fun as I had this stitch in my side but it finally went away. I'm excited because the book I ordered came in the mail today. It's called 'Strength Band Training' and it has over 100 different exercises to do with resistance band. It will be fun to change things up a bit. Hugs |
