Hi Diane, I commented on the last thread you had asked about protein shakes and exercise too. i bought Leslie sansone's walking DVD's, they have toning segments too. And she makes me sweat. I like those. I just added weights to my arm exercises, trying to beat the bat wings too

One friend told me to add ankle weights when I can to target my inner thigh muscles.
