I have skin sagging. Can anyone give me some exercises for arms, abs, and inner thighs please . I am still finding myself getting sick. Can someone recommend some recipes

Hi Diane, I commented on the last thread you had asked about protein shakes and exercise too. i bought Leslie sansone's walking DVD's, they have toning segments too. And she makes me sweat. I like those. I just added weights to my arm exercises, trying to beat the bat wings too One friend told me to add ankle weights when I can to target my inner thigh muscles.

Check out the recipe section here, I am there daily looking for new ideas. I am 4wks out and it's getting kinda boring too there are some great ideas. The perfesser has some awesome high protein recipes
