Question What kind of classes do you take?

Tomorrow I am signing up for Lucille Roberts, I was looking online at the classes, they have great ones. I plan on joining basic boot camp and zumba. What other classes do you recommend? Also, any type of machine to help get rid of my underarm flab?

Haven't taken any classes but I just got off my bum and started exercising again and I use resistance bands,the biggest loser dvds,trekking poles when I walk the track and the wii fit plus

Kim, I think I've found another sister from another life! Sounds like our workouts are almost identical minus the trekking poles and I walk/jog the river dykes vs the track!

Lol Judi I hear ya!!I just got the trekking poles and they are great.They really give your arms a good workout
