What are some of the better things you guys have tried. I am 2 months out on Monday and I am trying to get more fat off. I would like to start toning and stuff. What are some of your better work outs that could benefit me? I have to stay at home. I have a heart problem but it can be affected easily with harsh workouts.

How about something like a Walking Off The Pounds dvd?
Or a recumbent bike, you could also get some little dumbbells, that would help some with your arms.
