Default 10 day diet and excercise

Well, now that I am doing the 10 day diet which now I am day 9 I am having a hard time wanting or having a the energy or desire to excercise. Just seems like I am wiped. Not to mention I am plagued with Migraines...which doesn't help much. Is it important during the 10 day diet?

Thanks.

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

You are getting less calories, if I were you I would drop the exercise.
(I wasn't put on the 10 day diet, but a lot on RR talk about it.)
Good luck! I am sure some who have been on it will respond.

Having just been through a 10 day liquid diet prior to my surgery and I can totally relate to your lack of energy! Are you allowed protein shakes? That was the only thing that gave me energy at all. I drank 30 grams 3x a day. When you say day 9 do you mean you just started? If so your headaches could be from from withdrawels to sugar or caffeine. It gets better so hang in there and remember why you are doing this. During the 10 days my energy was low to the point of barely being able to do my resistance bands let alone the walk I would usually take after. I did get a 5 mile walk in one day but it was probably due to having a group of people to walk with. I was wiped out afterwards! Make sure you are getting your water in to not only stay hydrated but to help flush the toxins from your body. Let us know how you are doing. Hugs

Thank you all for responding.

@Barbara...The 10 day diet is is a diet that the surgeon wants me on prior to surgery. My surgery is August 30th and it is to hopefully get some fat off my liver to help do the surgery laprospocially.

@Judst...The diet is not totally liquid. I can have protein sources 2-3 times per day which most are liquid but one is a Power Pak chocolate pudding from GNC that has protein of 30g which is a pretty good source. And it is pretty tasty and feels like you are "eating" something. And I happen to be a vegetarian so the dinner portion is harder for me so I get to choose from tofu or egg whites (4 oz.) and then 4 oz. of rice or wheat spagetti or bread and then 1 c. of green leafy veggies. And then water and sugar free popsicles, crystal light, sugar free kool aid.

Dinner wasn't too bad. I did 1/2 c. brown rice w/ brocolli and tofu and put soy sauce. It really too bad. Not far off from what I would normally eat. But without the Dr. Pepper and the chocolate later or some other snack.

Thank you all for your advice and support.
