Default It's Friday! How did you exercise today Sept. 2nd?

Today I did 20 minutes of strength training with resistance bands and then I walked 1 1/2 miles. I had to turn around on my walk due to swallowing wrong and getting a stuck air bubble! Man those hurt! I saw my pony friends today and they are begging for carrots as usual. I found out what there names are... from left to right in the first picture you have Betty Boop, Marilyn Monroe and Bambino.

Gym time was good today, 40 minutes on the treadmill and 20 minutes on leg machines ~ hack squats, leg curls, standing calf raises.

You keep that up girlfriend and you're gonna reach goat in no time! What's a hack squat? I need to do more lower body strengthening.

The machine looks like this, you set the weight and then you push with your legs, your head goes up in between those little black thingys.
