I've not excercised formally, but I removed all the rugs, etc from my kitchen and family room, vacuumed and used my new "shark" on the hardwoods. Of course, I started and stopped a couple of times, but now all done. Does this count?

| I think it definitely counts especially at our stage in the game! I had been thinking I need to get my shark out also! My floor hasn't been mopped since surgery... gross! I need to hunt up some more energy first though! LOL |

I did 35 minutes on the treadmill today, I was going to do some strength training after I got done with that but the AC in the gym was not working well I don't think and it was SO hot in there! |

Had soccer practice and sweated out all of the water that I took in! Tired as heck...tomorrow, I have a soccer game- then a day of rest...and on Friday, I start a new volleyball season...
I think I am over "doing" this whole exercise thing. I definitely agree with all of you! I am struggling for energy! I try to eat protein before and keep hydrated to keep up my energy...
