| adding something else to my exercise regiment So currently I'm going to the gym 6 days a week, 3 of those days I meet with the personal trainer, I am up there every afternoon to do my own thing as well, which is usually the treadmill and a few machines. This past Saturday I signed up for the biggest loser challenge at the gym. Thursday I'm signing up for the WWTP (Waco Womens Training Program) I did this in the spring, it's a training program for a 5k, it's about 10 weeks long I think the 5k is Nov. 10th. So if all this exercise doesn't get me out of this little stall I'm in I don't know what else to do!! |

Wow girl you are a real ball of energy aren't you? I went to foot doctor today and he told me to take it easy on exercise until my shoe inserts came back. Then I can go back to full exercise. I was so afraid it was going to be surgery again for tendon repair.
That all sounds like a lot of things you have going on. I am jealous lol I know you can do it. Isn't life great now?

Isn't life great now? | Oh my gosh life is great now, I keep trying to figure out why I waited so long to do this, but I know everything happens when it's supposed to. Hope you get your inserts soon, so you can get back to exercising...foot pain is no fun that's for sure!! Quote:
