Saw an old thread bump up so I thought I'd just go ahead and make a new thread for today.





I went to the gym this morning at 6:00 for my personal training session. Then back at 3:30 this afternoon for a little elliptical and treadmill, I've just starting using the elliptical and it's kicking my butt! I'm determined to master that thing!!

So what did ya'll do for exercise today?

For this day, I did a group power session, which is done with weights and the bar bells. It was interesting, and was my first time doing that. I will go again.
