Question Exercise Nutrition???????

I'm now 10 months post-op and have tried for the last few months to increase my exercise. I first started using a mountain bike and now moved over to a road bike. My problem is that after a few miles I start to tire very quickly.

Trouble is I suffer badly with dumping syndrome and cant use energy bars or similar to increase energy levels. Also I can exercise for 2 to 3 days then I am worn out for the next 2 to 3 days. So does anyone else have this problem and how do you overcome it ???????

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.
