no idea. there was an aritcle on here a few weeks back about drinking MILK after a workout. something about higher fatloss, but nothing specifically about protein. i hope doc can clarify.
I thought that made sense.....that's what I did...but then got to thinking...protein might give you MORE energy for your workout...but it seems your body would need it after....
I just read something somewhere that it said to eat protien after working out. But to tell you the truth I didnt fully read the article. so I cant be of any help.
