Here is a picture of my very best friend, we have been friends for almost 35 years. She was such a huge support for me, just like my sister and family are. My friend would call me just about every night and to see how I was doing and she saw me threw the whole journey so far and is so impressed with my weight loss. She is very dear to me and her name is the same as mine and is spelled the same way as mine "Diana". She is a person who does not like to have her picture taken so I fianlly got some of her, becasue I am going to put a DVD together of her garden, my garden and my folks garden and of my journey from the beginning to now. With music backround on the pictures. That is a hobby of mine that I have done for a few people. I have done a family DVD's for a few and I have 3 waiting for me to do this fall. I said that I am just to busy with my garden right now. I am very perticular when I make the DVD's for people, I fix scratches and decorate pictures for the DVD. People are so impressed with my DVD's. But I had to post my very dear friend and then you can put a face to my friend when I talk about her. She is the one who also made sourkraut for me from my cabbage. She got 33 pint jars of sourkraut canned for me. I am on a few pictures with her and I do not feel like a monster beside her, she weighs around 145 pounds and is a little shorter than I am. But wow do I ever feel just right beside her now. Please excuse my hair, they are such a mess right now and you know the type when you cannnot do anything with them hair anymore. I am going to have then cut and colored next week for the wedding. So here are some pictures of just me and pictures of my very dear friend.

I am going to tell you a story on how that granny got into her garden. She was at work one day and when she came home ths granny was sitting in her garden on a folding chair. For over a year she did not know who put it there, one of her friends where she lives put it there when she was at work and never mentioned that it was her that put it there for my friend. She let my friend Diana go on for a year guessing who it was. My friend loves that granny in her garden, it keeps out the blackbirds and she puts it into the garden every year once she has the garden planted. She named the granny "Granny Diana"

The Two Diana's look GREAT, but you look FANTASTIC yourself. You've done a great job. Love the gardens BTW. And love the Granny. I also wish I lived near you. LOL I'm just learning how to garden, Hubby planted one last year and this year, then just lets them grow. No weeding or anything and it's driving me crazy. How do you keep weeds out of your garden without having to actually pluck each one as they grow??? Probably a simple answer but I'm afraid if I use anything, I'll kill the vegetables.
