Oh my- I am in shock. An old friend of ours from church who was 36 years old died in his sleep this week. He has 4 young children and his 10 year old is the one who found him. They are pretty sure he had a heart attack! It just reminded me again why getting healthy was such a priority for me even though I was relatively young. He was not healthy, obese, and had other health problems- but even so, a heart attack at 36!?  Please send out some special prayers for this family. They have many obstacles beyond financial to deal with.
