Hey all- it has been a crazy 2 days but a very long story short- I got a call yesterday that my Dad took a turn for the worse after a heart ablation to fix an arrythmia and we hopped in the car and are now in Durango, CO. He is doing a bit better today but is fighting a sepsis infection, is on dialysis since his kidneys shut down, and can't sustain a blood pressure so is on major meds. (this is all on top of his congestive heart failure, lung disease and diabetes!) Please say a special prayer, my Dad is known to pull miracles but we have never seen him this sick! P.S. This is a lesson to stay healthy! Unfortunately, this is the end result of obesity.
