May 16, 2009, the day of my graduation from Seminary, I stepped on the scale and the scale said 200.4lbs.  I had never though that I would reach the goal of 200 lbs. Today 6/7/09 I was 198lbs. Also I went from a 60" waist to a 35". The last time I was this size I was in the military in 1979. I can only thank God for it.  The other news is that there are people who have had the surgery and is not taking their supplements. People are packing on the weight, not working out, walking or anything. Please inform the new members that they have to listen to their doctors and nutritionist, if they want this to work.  We have to help each other out.
