Cool Handling friends/people's comments

Ok, I feel stalled and frustrated with my slow progess. I don't think I am anywhere near where I should/could be. It could be I'm impatient, but at least I am LOSING! Before surgery there was no loss at all.

But to get to the point, I get compliments and comments from friends and family about how great I look and how much weight I have lost. After 4 months of no weight loss, its hard to take those compliments positively, smile and look enthusiastic. I don't want to seem rude or unappreciating, but I don't feel as excited as the people around me.

how do some of you handle this? or do you not feel the same way?

Thanks for any ideas, comments and suggestions.

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Sometimes, all you can do is just smile, say "Thank you" sweetly, and walk away. It's tough, but since your frist surgiversary is still a couple of months away, you probably will find that you will continue to get comments for a while yet.
