My husband has gone from angry to accepting about my decision to have a gastric bypass on October 20th.

He says its okay as long as your not throwing up all the time and crapping yourself....

What the heck, where do people get this information??????

Oh my ... never heard that one before. He will come around. Just wait until he sees his new wife in a few months... You can do this.

My hubby is thin and it's not like he didn't want me to have the surgery, but I believe he was scared he'd be left alone with our daughters.

Just last night he was telling me he was glad I had the surgery - and this after I'm not home much due to exercising.
