(((HUGS))) Vomiting could be reaction from the cath itself, or from the radiologic medium that is used to visualise the arteries. It should subside soon.
Since the left side artery is narrow, and the heart muscle damagge is on the left side, one guess is that the narrow artery convulsed for a while, causing temprorary blockage and some, though not extensive, muscle damage. Low blood pressure can be a result of this, too.
Liver enziymes can go up from heart damage, and if it rose after the cath, it also may be from reaction to the radiiologic medium. It there's nothing wrong with the liver itself, the numbers should start coming down in a few days. At the moment, it sounds like Mary is susceptible to a lot of side effects that usually are not an issue if all systems are a go.
It may take some hospital stay and time, but I'm sure Mary will come through.
(((HUGS))) It must be very tough on you and the rest of the family. Please stay strong, hang in there, and know that everyone on this board is behind Mary and you during this difficult time.
