Depending on how far out you are, you can eat a lot of things. Just remember, keep the amount of each food you eat small. You won't be overdoing things if you keep everything you eat to a few small bites. The three bite rule will help you.

ok everyone, the day is almost here, tomorrow i start all the stuff i can make the day before, which means i will want to taste it.... I am really going to try that 3 bite rule. I am also going to remind myself that my honeymoon period has been over for a couple of months, (at least that is how long it has been since i have lost any weight) and then on Dec 4th i have my one year check up, so i want that to go well. I just need to keep it all in prospective and remember my goal. Good luck to everyone and Happy Thanksgiving. And i give my thanks to god, that this surgery was made possible to me and that it is going so well.

Stacy, just wanted to say thank you for your words. Coming from someone who has obviously done so well for so long, will be taken straight to the heart. I do plan on eating a little turkey first then the 3 bite rule , I am sure the turkey will fill me up fast.....
