Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass  |  Completely Overwhelmed Right Now! Hey guys, I havent been around too much because of issues that are going on within my family. I was on the phone with my mom Thurs Jan 2nd when her cell phone rang. I could hear what was being said because it was so loud. I heard a lady asking my mom to please talk to her and give her the truth. Anyway, me being protective over my mom after her stroke, I asked my mom to get the number and I would do a 3 way call with her to see what was going on. Boy did I ever! It was HORRIBLE! Apparently my brothers WIFE was ENGAGED to this lady's son and they were planning on getting married in FEB and she was still "happily married" to my brother because she is now pregnant by this guy even though she has been with all 3 AND she had her tubes cut, burnt and tied after she gave birth to my nephew in 2004! After a long talk with this lady, we found out that she had met this boy on My Space on October 1st and met him in person with my brothers kids on October 3rd. She had been telling my brother that she was going to see a dying grandmother and her sister who was having a bad pregnancy. It turns out that she was feeding this family all kinds of stuff like my brother and her were in the process of a divorce and that their middle child was NOT HERS, that she had adopted her for an extra material affair that my brother had. Then the plot thickens, it turned out that there was another finace that she was planning a wedding to in July. She has told the kids to call both of these guys Daddy. OMG...these kids are so confused! She ended up getting a FALSE injunction against him for domestic violence with no record or history of the violence. We go to court this Thurs coming up for the injunction (to have it dismissed) and for my brother's lawyer to file for emergency temp custody. The killer part in this whole thing is that one of the ex finace's and the other fiance's parents are voluntarily going to court with us even though we subpoena'd them to go. We are all together writing up narratives and timelines to give to the lawyer tomorrow to present to the judge. I am just asking that you guys...my friends keep my family in your thoughts and prayers until we can get through all of this mess!! Thanks for letting me take the time to vent about it all...it really helps when I am as stressed out as I am lately. My husband is a true Godsend through all of this, he makes sure that I keep up with all of my water, food and vitamins. I love you guys!!! Last edited by kimtindall : 01-21-2008 at 07:16 AM.
