Weight Loss Method - | It is only normal to fall off once in awhile. They did surgery on your stomache not your head. Don't be hard on yourself. Just do exactly what you....fill your body with good food and don't look back

| Super Moderator | ((((HUGS)))) Just dust your hands off and get back on track, no need to beat yourself up, people do get off track from time to time. You DID dump. The headache and nausea are symptoms of dumping. The only difference is it wasn't severe enough to bring you down.

Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | You are doing fine. This journey is not about perfection. Dumping is still a mystery to me at five months out. Licorice and chocolate do not make me dump, but things like honey glazed chicken or teriyaki chicken send my heart rate through the roof and require a nap to recover from. Sugar and milk together also make me dump. So I really have no idea what will cause it and when, so I just try my best to stay away, but sometimes I don't. But I am not perfect and nor are you, so don't sweat it. Tonya |

Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | I haven't eaten anything I'm not supposed to (still scared), but I've felt awful from eating too fast or too much. It makes you feel awful and like you're...like you said, falling off the wagon. I don't always follow the rules (small bites, eat slow, chew chew chew and eat 1/4-1/2 cup) and feel like a failure. But it's mostly not on purpose because you've eaten a certain way for 31 years and it's hard to change! Plus I ate a little more at one serving yesterday because I didn't get a break at work and couldn't eat until noon, so getting in my protein became impossible. So I tried to eat more and felt like cr-p! So you aren't alone! We all feel bad once in a while, but tomrrow is a new day!
