Talking An Other Great Food Discovery!!!

WELL AS YOU ALL KNOW IM ALWAYS LOOKING FOR NEW THINGS SO WE DONT GET BORED ON THIS LIFE LONG JOURNEY, WHICH I THINK IS SOOOO IMPORTANT BECAUSE IT WILL HELP US TO STAY ON THIS JOURNEY AND LESS SCREWING UP.

WELL THRU OUT THIS JOURNEY I HAVE ALWAYS HAD A PROBLEM WITH BREADS, PASTAS, ETC. THE ONLY CARB THAT AGREES WITH ME IS THINGS LIKE CRACKERS.

ONE DAY I WAS AT MY DOC OFFICE AND I SAW ONE OF THE GIRLS EATING HER LUNCH AND SHE WAS EATING MEAT SAUCE WITH SPAGHETTI SQUASH AND SWORE BY IT. SO I MADE IT TONIGHT WITH SPAGHETTI SAUCE AND ALL I CAN SAY IS:
YUM YUM YUM YUMIM HOOKED!
I COULDNT GET OVER HOW IT TASTED JUST LIKE SPAHGETTI. I FIRST TASTED IT WITHOUT THE SAUCE AND IT WAS JUST PLAIN. BUT ONCE YOU ADD THE SAUCE IT WAS WOW!!!

I READ AN ARITCLE ABOUT SPAGHETTI SQUASH AND HOW THERE WAS SOOO MANY WAYS TO ENJOY IT LIKE WITH SAUCE, OR WITH OLIVE OIL, GARLIC AND SAUTEED VEGGIES AND TOMATOES, ETC. IT SAID THE SQUASH WILL ACQUIRE THE TASTE TO WHAT EVER YOUR PUTTING ON IT. OH AND I LOVED HOW YOU SCRAPE THE SQUASH WITH A FORK AND IT JUST TURNS INTO TINY STRANDS LIKE SPAGHETTI.

AGAIN I JUST COULDNT GET OVER HOW MUCH IT TASTED LIKE SPAGHETTI. EVEN MY FATHER IN LAW LOVED IT!!!

FOR 3oz OF SPAGHETTI SQUASH

40 CALORIES
2 FATS
5 CARBS
1 PROTEIN

UMMMM HOW CAN YOU BEAT THAT!!! IF LOOK ONLINE THERE ARE SOOOOOOOOOO MANY OTHER THINGS YOU CAN DO WITH SPAGHETTI SQUASH.

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

I eat spagetti squash every once in a while. In spring I will be growing it in my garden. It is so easy to grow and I get so many of them on one vine. One year I had four vines and I had right around 50 of them that year. They are good producers. I have raised spagetti squash for many years. We eat so much of it and then I skip a year here and there. My daughter loves the squash and has done it with spagetti sauce. I will tell you a funny thing that happened to me a few years ago with the squash. I put it into the microwave and forgot to poke it full of holes. Well I just turned around to take it out of the microwave and boommmmm. the squash exploded in the microwave that it pushed the microwave door open, and I had a huge mess, it was all over the frig, floor, counter and microwave. I worked a long time to clean that mess up and ever since then I put it into the oven and I will never forget to poke it now, but what I usually do now is cut it in half before I bake it. My garden is going to have a huge variety in the garden, I am also going to raise buttercup squash, that is so good and agrees with me real well.

That Story Is Too Funny. Yes I Did Put It In The Microwave With Poked Holes. I Love That When You Buy It They Already Have Stickers On Them To Tell You How To Cook It. But It You Cook It In The Oven How Long Do You Do It For?

I cut them in half and take out the seeds and then I put some butter in the middle and lay the squash in about 1/4 inch water in the pan otherwise the squash really drys out and the water helps it keep moist. I bake it around a half hour to 45 minutes, but I usually test it, if it comes out easy it is done.
