Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass |  Found a new Tortilla..... I try to keep the small tortilla's at home to use instead of bread. I was at Walmart today and found a brand called "La Banderita" Extreme Fiber. It has 8 grams of protein, 12 grams of fiber, 5 carbs, 2 grams of fat and 72 calories per tortilla. They feel soft, not stiff like some of the other wheat ones. We are having homemade quesdilla's tonight so I can't wait to try them. |
