Weight Loss Method - |  Some snacks I found Hey ladies! I know you guys are always looking for a good snack so I have found 2. They are both from South Beach and both have 100calories. The first is chocolate covered soy nuts 3g protein,6g fat, 9g carb. The other is Dark chocolate fudge covered peanut butter wafers 5g protein,6g fat,and 10g carb. They are very delicious. Just thought I'd share  well not my supply but the info LOL.
