Wink New snacks I found

Hi ladies. I know you guys are always looking for some snacks so I thought I would tell you about the ones I found. They are both from South Beach and have 100calories each. Chocolate covered soy nuts have 3gprotein,6g fat,9g carb, The fudge covered P.B. wafers have 5g protein,6g fat, and 10g carbs. Just thought I'd share(The info. not my stash)

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

I buy about 20 pounds of dried peas per month for snacks here and are my wife's primary source of protein. Passed her labs with normal results too. 1/4 cup has 6 grams of protein, available from Clarks Nutrition Stores, Clark's Nutrition and Natural Foods Markets , under snack foods. Cost $1.35 per pound. $5 worth of these will fill about 4 gallon containers, so it's a cheap source of protein, crunchy too, like peanuts but without the fat.

I have not tried the SB stuff yet. I had tried some of it back in the days of fad dieting but that was about 4 years ago. I am sure they have so much new stuff and everyone talks about how yummy it is!! I will have to get some stuff this week.

Shannon, the SB granola that I have comes in cherry-something (almond I think) and mixed berry. I thought the cherry was good until I tried the mixed berry! Now it's the only one I buy.
