| Newbie |  Post-op Recipes I am just starting this journey and will be having my surgery in September 2006. I am a "planner-type" person and would like to have the items ready that I can have when I return home-post-op. Does anyone have any recipes they would be willing to share with me? Thank you. |

Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery. Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.  |
