Question Post-op Recipes

I am just starting this journey and will be having my surgery in September 2006. I am a "planner-type" person and would like to have the items ready that I can have when I return home-post-op. Does anyone have any recipes they would be willing to share with me? Thank you.

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Hey I just posted a hot chicken salad recipe for when you are able to eat more normal food. It sounds yummy .... I just need to buy croutons to try it out.
