Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | MY favorite puree dishes were: VERY well chopped and moistened with mayo well chicken salad. I also enjoyed low fat ricotta cheese, lo fat mozzerella cheese w/ little bit sauce! MY italian food cravings fixed. I also pureed up campbells cheddar chicken broccoli soup...YUMMY! I also enjoyed taco bell refried beans, mashed potatoes made with skim just to name few things i lived on in that stage! MOSTLY the italian food dish..was my heaven.

| Guru In Training | I was so desperate the other day.. that when my husband was eating a cheese filled polish sausage, I had to have one. I put in the blender, chopped it up and added some gravey with my mashed potatoes. I was in heaven..... I ate 5 bites and then that was all I wanted. Keep going you will get there! I know how you feel! Peggy/F

Height: | I tried the things that Lisa recommended and loved them. The other thing I really loved to eat was a steak that I put in the crockpot for all day with beef boullion cubes water and a can of cream of mushroom soup....then I would make a gravy and puree the meat and gravy together. That was awesome for me. It was the only red meat I could handle. Janae |
