If you are wondering what's in the foods you are eating, here are a couple of links that were introduced in a newsletter from the ADA (American Diabetes Association) that you might find useful.
The first one, you can either use online, or download to your PC.

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Also, may post ops use FitDay - Free Weight Loss and Diet Journal to keep track of their eating.
