Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Can you be a little more specific? Is second stage full liquids (not clear - but still liquid...ie: skim milk, V8, protein shakes...) Or soft...ie: yogurt, fat free sugar free pudding made with skim plus, baby food, food smushed in the processor, farina made with skim plus...
How are you doing?

Hey Nikki
I pulled out my post - hospital packet - this is what I have listed from Dr's office as 'full liquids'
low fat cream soups (made with skim plus)
skim/skim plus milk
light smooth yogurt (nonfat - no sugar added)
sugar free fat free puddings (made with skim plus)
farina/cream of wheat (made with skim plus)
Vegetable juice (tomato/V8)

I loved campbells cream of mushroom and cream of chicken (yes, made with skim plus) At first I strained out any bits of chicken/mushrooms. And since I was only eating 2 - 4 ounces I did NOT opt for the tasteless low fat/low salt (but that was my choice...)

Good luck - it gets better little by little

I did drink the protein drinks for a while but was so happy to move on to foods. Ironically, I've started back with the protein drinks again, more now for convenience. I also enjoyed the cream of ckn soups - the cup o soup is handy for your purse. Check out the Libby's pumpkin pie recipe on the can when you get to soft foods - I make it without a crust and use splenda for the sugar and skimmed evap milk. Exec choice for protein, vitamins, etc. Wishing you much success~~~
