Default Question about Milk

this might be a dumb question, but I know you are not supposed to have fluids with food. But what about eating cereal with milk? I had a bowl of Special K with some milk the other day. Seemed to go ok. But am I doing the wrong thing with this? Only had one bowl. Let me know your thoughts on this. Thanks.

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

If the amount is only enough to make the cereal soggy, that's fine. If the cereal is floating in milk, not. Better to drink the milk separately as part of your fluid, though milk does have calories.

I was given the 'go ahead' on cereal my 3rd month in. I do NOT do eggs and my protein intake was low. So she said it was okay to have it but like Doc said just to wet the flakes. If there is any Milk left in bowl do not drink it.

Thank you for your advice on the cereal and milk. I will only use enough to make the cereal moist as you said.

I put the same amount of milk as I did before but the dog gets it after I am done. He would be very upset if I didn't have any milk left over for him!
