| My DHs Lasagna
My DH can cook....he was a cook in the army for 12 years so sometimes he makes too much but........He is making Lasagna (spelling?) lean beef, veggies,you know peppers,onions etc....FF cheese and sauce but for the noodles he is using Eggplant, NO pasta. I'll let ya all know how it was later tonight. Smells good so far..... Kathy

I can't eat squash or eggplant, unless it is in bread.
I made a lasagne last night. DS and DH love it. I like a little of it.
I have made lasagne with cabbage for "noodles"...an old low-carb recipe.

Well it was totally delicsious, the cheese melted and we used cottage cheese instead of ricotta. Pasta is so filling and fattening so the eggplant was awesome. I will also tell DH about the cabbage idea I like that too,and as well as for zucchini we love that too. Kathy
