Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Read the label, or call the company that make them. Most protein powders or premade shakes have some note about using them within 30-60 minutes of mixing or opening a can. I know my support groups tell you to mix a new protein shake from powder when using. They warn not to store them mixed up, as the protein begins to deteriorate after a short time. So, I'd recommend using them in a short time frame. AS you get further out, there are some whey isolate proteins that can be added to foods too. I found a relatively new protein whey isolate, called Baricare. It's mixed with water in 2, 3 or 4 oz amounts--especially designed for the new post op with limited intake abilities. Noted on my blogs or links below signature line. Also there is an unflavored whey protein isolate that you can mix with sauces, SF pudding, salad dressings etc. as you can eat sold foods. Good luck on your journey. DAVE

if its one that you mixed yourself, i would guess as long as the milk is good for. if it separates, shake it up. i have never made a huge batch all at once just because i was unsure...good question!

Thank you ... I noticed when I used the blender that it get a lot of air into the protein shake and causes me to burp a lot. So I have been putting it in the refrigerator to let the air bubbles settle. I dont' want to lose any protein, but I hate all the burping .. sometimes it hurts.

true. i had that issue early out and just got one of those rubbermade liquid containers and started shaking them by hand. depending on what brand protein you are using you may or may not have lumps....trial and error is fun isnt it? LOL
